Everything we publish, curate, and feature is guided by a single commitment: to be genuinely useful to the marketers and designers who rely on us. This page explains how we uphold that commitment.
Pineable is a design inspiration hub for real-world marketing content. We curate, analyze, and showcase marketing collateral — blog layouts, eBooks, newsletters, landing pages, and more — so that content marketers and designers never start from a blank canvas.
This page outlines the principles that govern how we create content, select designs for our gallery, work with contributors, and handle sponsored relationships. We publish it publicly because transparency is part of how we earn trust.
Everything we publish serves one of two purposes: helping designers make better craft decisions, or helping marketers brief designers with greater clarity and confidence. If a piece of content doesn't serve at least one of those audiences in a concrete way, it doesn't belong here.
Our editorial decisions are made independently of commercial relationships. What we feature in our gallery, what we write about, and the analysis we publish are not for sale.
We reserve the right to feature, critique, or decline to feature any design or brand based solely on editorial merit.
Every design in the Pineable gallery is selected against a consistent set of criteria. We look for:
Every factual claim in our articles is checked before publication. Statistics, data points, and attributed quotes must be traceable to a primary source — an original study, an official report, or a named individual. We do not publish unattributed statistics or recycle data from secondary sources without verifying the original.
When we share opinions and analysis — which we do freely and by design — we distinguish them clearly from statements of fact. Our curatorial perspective is part of our voice, not a substitute for accuracy.
We make mistakes. When we do, we correct them promptly and transparently. Corrections are noted at the bottom of the relevant article, stating what was changed and why. We do not silently edit published content to remove errors without acknowledgment.
If you spot an inaccuracy in something we've published, contact us at taher@pineable.com. We take every correction request seriously, regardless of who submits it.
We link to primary sources wherever possible — original research, brand websites, official announcements. We avoid linking to content farms, low-quality aggregators, or sites that exist primarily to rank rather than inform. We do not accept payment to include links in our editorial content. Sponsored links are always disclosed.
Pineable accepts guest articles through our Write for Us program. All contributor submissions are subject to the same editorial standards as content produced by our in-house team.
For full contributor guidelines, visit our Write for Us page.
Designers and brands can submit work to be considered for the Pineable gallery through our Submit a Design program. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. All submitted designs are reviewed against our curation criteria, and we do not provide individual feedback on why a submission was not selected.
Submitting a design to Pineable grants us the right to feature and analyze it editorially. We will always credit the brand and, where known, the design team or agency responsible. If you are the rights holder of a featured design and have a legitimate concern about its inclusion, contact us at taher@pineable.com.
Pineable works with partners on sponsored content opportunities. We are transparent about every commercial relationship that touches our content.
We do not sell positions in our organic gallery rankings, top picks, or editorial recommendations.
We use AI tools as part of our content workflow — for research, ideation, and drafting assistance. We do not publish AI-generated content without meaningful human editorial judgment applied at every stage: framing, analysis, accuracy checking, and final voice.
The analysis, curatorial perspective, and opinions expressed on Pineable reflect the judgment of our editorial team, not an automated output. Where AI has played a substantial role in producing a piece of content, we will say so.
Every article published on Pineable carries a byline. We believe readers have a right to know who is responsible for the content they're reading. Our editorial team is accountable for the accuracy, quality, and integrity of everything published on this site — including contributed pieces, sponsored content, and gallery features.
This editorial policy reflects our current standards and practices. We will update it as Pineable grows and as publishing norms evolve. If you have questions about our editorial standards or want to raise a concern, contact us at taher@pineable.com.
