What We're Looking For
We curate real-world marketing collateral across a range of formats. Submissions are welcome across:
- Blog pages — article layouts, blog index pages, post design
- Email newsletters — layout, typography, content structure
- eBooks and reports — cover design, interior layout, data visualization
- Infographics — information design, visual hierarchy, storytelling
- Case studies — structure, visual flow, use of imagery
- Landing pages — conversion design, copy-visual balance
- Social media creatives — carousel design, visual consistency
- Podcast covers and assets — branding, typography, visual identity
A strong submission doesn't have to be from a globally recognized brand. What matters is that the design makes deliberate, interesting choices — and that other marketers and designers can learn something from studying it.
What We Don't Accept
To maintain the quality and focus of the collection, we don't publish:
- Concept or student work — Pineable features real-world, published marketing collateral only. Mockups, spec work, and unreleased designs are not eligible.
- Generic or template-based designs — If the design relies entirely on an unmodified stock template with no distinguishing choices, it's unlikely to be featured.
- Designs without a live or verifiable source — We need to be able to verify that the work exists and is publicly accessible.
- Unrelated content — Product packaging, app UI, print collateral unrelated to marketing content, and personal portfolio pieces fall outside Pineable's scope.
- Duplicate submissions — If a design is already in our collection, we won't publish it again.
- Self-promotional submissions with no design merit — We're happy to feature your own work, but the design has to earn its place. Submissions that exist solely to drive traffic without offering genuine design value will not be published.
Terms of Submission
By submitting a design to Pineable, you agree to the following:
- Ownership and rights. You confirm that you either own the design, have permission from the rights holder to submit it, or are submitting publicly available marketing content. Pineable does not publish proprietary or confidential material.
- Editorial discretion. All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or request revisions to any submission without providing a detailed explanation. Submission does not guarantee publication.
- Attribution. We attribute all published designs to the original brand or creator. If you're submitting work that belongs to another company, we'll credit them — not you as the submitter, unless you're the creator.
- No guarantee of timeline. We review submissions on a rolling basis. You may not hear back immediately, and we don't commit to specific publication timelines.
- Content use. By submitting, you grant Pineable the right to feature, analyze, and publish the design — including screenshots and descriptions — for editorial and educational purposes. We will always credit the original source.
- No fees — ever. Pineable does not charge brands, agencies, or individuals for design submissions or publication. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Pineable and requests payment for featuring your design, please report it to us at info@pineable.com. Being featured is based entirely on design merit.

- Does it fall into one of our accepted content formats?
- Are there specific design decisions you think make it worth featuring?
- Do you have a link to the live design or a high-quality screenshot?
